Chapter 1 of the Vampire Coven: Woohoo, Wine, and Writing
This is Sarah. Sarah likes making fine wine, reading books that she herself has written, and having a lot of lovers. Despite being a terrible mother, Sarah has two children and she's waiting on her eldest son to die of old age because she thinks she'll have a massive check to cash in. Oh, and did I mention that Sarah is an immortal vampire?
Sarah is at least 100 years old now, though she has lost track at this point. This is Mao, her current lover, whom she is quite fond of. She tries not to get too attached to anyone, since they all die eventually (at least that's what Sarah tells herself). Right now, Sarah wants to woohoo with Mao so she's about to invite him over to her place. Sarah's already completed two Lifetime Wishes, and her current one is to woohoo 5 different Sims in 5 different places; Sarah has already woohooed Mao at Varg's Tavern, but a little extra fun never hurt anyone.
"You're lookin like a bit of a snack today, Mao."
"You can just say that you're hungry, Sarah."
I swear, if you get pregnant again, I'm going to be upset.

"It's not my fault you changed my traits."
Rude.
Now that she's has gotten quite a bit of experience as a vampire, she can actually go outside, so it's time to spice up her life a bit.
That isn't what I meant, Sarah.
Packing up all her belonging, Sarah has moved to the quiet, moody town of Moonlight Falls, where her newest adventure will begin. Sarah's goal: to create a vampire coven. Plasma Fruit has gone extinct, the only way to survive as a vampire is to feed directly from humans. Sarah is the last pureblooded vampire, the last true immortal being, and only strict breeding through the generations will bring back true vampires. She is a proud being and will only speak to humans to feed or to create new, fledgling vampires, if they are deemed worthy.
But first, she needs a partner. How else will she begin the process of creating a new species?
Wow, she sure knows how to pick them.
"I was at the festival!" yeah, sure, Dante.
Shockingly, Sarah and Dante Morganthe have 10/10 attraction to each other and give the attraction moodlet, which is absolutely perfect considering he's also a vampire, so she doesn't even need to turn him. I plan to move him in as soon as possible since he will have zero vampire skills and thus can't really go outside, which will make dating a bit difficult. That's alright, they'll have centuries to get to know each other...and probably start to hate one another, as Dante is mean-spirited.

It doesn't take very long for Sarah to woo Dante, and thus begins the Coven Legacy Challenge! First, they need to get a human in the house to snack on, to make things easier. Sarah is a maximum level vampire, but Dante is not, so he can't go outside for more than an hour or he risks burning to death. They have a lot of choices, considering Sarah can use her vampire powers to make anyone her best friend in a few seconds, and Dante has a few human friends already, so it's a matter of choice. I do have someone in mind though, and I think she'll be the perfect fit :insert evil laughter here:
While the rules state that the Sims in the house should be vampires, I'm going to choose fledgling and then have them move in for the vampires to drink from, and if or when a vampire in the house gets the wish to turn the human, they will become the newest fledgling, otherwise, the humans will remain human to do things for the vampires that they can't, like gardening during the day.
Unfortunately for Dante, Sarah still has a lifetime want to woohoo 5 different sims in 5 different places, hopefully he doesn't mind too much!
"You said you have how many children?"
"Five! The youngest was just born a few days ago!"
Let's not make it six children, Sarah, you should back away slowly.
After her little tryst with Flint, Sarah heads home to help Dante learn the Athletic skill for work. Sarah has a lot of different skills maxed out already, and Dante plans to take advantage of this. Sarah may be immortal, but he isn't, and has no plans to risk being overthrown in a revolution in the future. Considering he's mean-spirited though, I don't have high hopes for him.
"I'll be on my best behavior! I'll be nice to everyone!"
I'm sure you will, Dante.
He does need to work on his painting skill at least, so that there is a portrait of each of them to hang up. I'm sure we'll get around to it eventually.

Across town, Dante does the same with Chauncey Grimm and then immediately begins arguing with him. Dante, this is your only source of food right now, please don't make him hate you.
"And your mother smelled of llamas!"
"Dude, I just let you suck like half a liter of blood out of me, why are you being so rude?"
"Dude, I just let you suck like half a liter of blood out of me, why are you being so rude?"
He has a point, Dante.
I turn around for 5 seconds and Sarah has started to flirt with Mike. You'd think that she was a flirty or irresistible Sim but she most certainly is not. I mean, sure, Sarah, why not? But you can't woohoo with him, he's a human! Or do, I don't really care, but at least do it somewhere else so it counts towards your LTW. I'm just going to assume that Mike can't resist the floofy sleeves of her dress or she used her vampire powers or something to seduce him and just pretend that I do not see. You better stop soon, though, because Dante is on his way home.
Luckily, there's only 3 more days until their human supplier ages up, so they'll have 24/7 access to blood finally. Sarah just kind of putters around the house right now because there isn't very much for her to do, as she's maxed out almost all skills and they do not need any money at all. Previously, when Sarah lived in Aurora Skies, she met a man there that asked her to move in and she said yes. He sold his house to do so and added $200,000 to the household, which Sarah promptly invested in a bunch of businesses around town. Sarah is now a multimillionaire. As long as someone down the line doesn't seriously screw the household over, they're set for many, many generations. Now that I've said that, it's going to happen, of course.
I really wouldn't mind at all if you got pregnant, Sarah. It would at least give you something to do! Even though you really are a terrible mother.
"It's not my fault that children are boring and just sit around and cry all day."
Sarah, they're crying because you ignore them until social services threatens you.

Instead of learning anything useful, Dante decides that he wants to learn Mixology, and surprise, surprise, he's not very good at it at all. Sarah snickers from across the room and likes to heckle him as he breaks yet another glass. She could offer some pointers, but that's not who Sarah is and she'd rather point and laugh than help him. Ah, they really are a match made in heaven.
I do have to say that I am quite jealous of their house, it looks so cozy! Reading next to a nice, warm fire while the snow falls gently outside.
Crash!
And the lovely sounds of Dante breaking things downstairs only adds to the peacefulness.
The Bot Building station really does not fit in with the aesthetic of the rest of the house, but Dante really wanted to learn Bot Building, so I guess that's a thing now. I hope you at least stick with it long enough to build an actual bot, Dante.
"I'll build the best bot you've ever seen!"
"I really shouldn't have tried so many of Dante's awful drinks last night." Sarah says as she leans over the toilet bowl. I hate to break it to you, Sarah, but you're definitely pregnant. I hope Dante is a better father than you are a mother, for the baby's sake.
"I'm not pregnant! Not again!" She says, wiping the vomit from her mouth.
You've been through this so many times already, we both know that you know that you're pregnant.

"Please, you promised me that I didn't have to have any more children!"
I did no such thing!
I did no such thing!
"But I don't want a baby! I want to go to China!"
Sorry, but this isn't a World Adventures playthrough this time, it's a legacy!

So Sarah is actually a Sim that I did a Lepacy with, she was generation 6 and the start of the World Adventures section. I had so much fun with her, she was an absolute blast to play, so when I decided to do a Vampire Coven Legacy, I immediately thought of Sarah. I changed a few of her traits to more general ones, as her previous traits were more fitting for traveling around. I started her in Aurora Skies at first, because I wanted to see what would happen if you put Nraas SP on rabbit and put the lifespans on Short. Turns out the towns will die within a few generations because they're aging faster than they can push out babies lol. During that time, I had Sarah work on a bunch of skills, like Nectar Making, Athletic, Painting, etc. I'm also using the Enhanced Vampires mod to make vampires more interesting to play, and had her max out on the Vampire skill that comes with that. She also has the Immortal aspiration perk, as I don't want her to age and die like the other vampires will. Eventually, she'll either be moved out or a revolution will occur, so she probably won't be around for the entire legacy, but who knows, maybe she will. The house they live in is also just a copy of the Crumplebottom house in Moonlight Falls, I just really love the house and didn't want to boot out the 3 sisters, so I just saved it to the bin to plop down another one. I'm sure the sisters don't mind.
I wanted to start this little blog because I was feeling nostalgic for the bygone days of Sims 3 stories. I don't really see them around anymore, and I was trying to remember one in particular that got me interested in starting my own. I have a general story in mind, but I also like the style of talking to your own Sims, too. I might switch to a more story oriented style if my Sims ever get into more interesting situations to do so, since the beginning of legacies are usually pretty boring, and especially since I'm starting this one with a giant house already and 2 million Simoleans. The good news is that I have lowered the wages of careers and upped the cost of bills and University, so if my Sims aren't smart about their money, the vast well will run dry pretty quickly. I wanted to start with a lot of stuff/money because Sarah has so much history to me, that it makes sense for her to have generations worth of money and items.
Anyway, if you read this whole thing, thank you <3 I wanted to do this for myself, but it's always nice when someone else likes what you do.
